Devin and Michael installed a new AC unit in one of houses and the experience was excellent. Very profesional, high quality. I highly recomend Mitch Craig for commercial and residential AC needs. Also, Mike has been helping us to fix no only residential AC, he has a great knowledge and experience in commercial. He is an excellent professional.

Jeremy was very thorough and professional. He was very informative about the issues that we were having, found the problems that our former heat and air service could not or would not solve. We were very pleased with his service and are now going to be using Mitch Craig for our heating and air service.

Best HVAC in the area hands down! We got a few quotes from some businesses around the area, and Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling gave us the best price. We had heard from some friends that they were a great company, so we went with them. They did what they said they would, and the install went super smooth! We have now recommended them to many other’s. They are VERY truthful, even if they would lose money. Other companies try to upsell, whether you need it or not. Not this company! I will never go anywhere else!

Very reasonable and very convenient. Mike came out within 2 hrs of calling, after hours. Found the problem, fixed it in no time, and pricing was fantastic. Definitely will use in the future!

I reached out on a Monday afternoon to Mitch Craig about replacing my air conditioning and gas furnace units. The next morning their Service Manager David came to my house and assessed my heating/cooling needs and ran through my options. He made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions every step of the way. A representative from Mitch Craig Customer Service called me on Thursday afternoon and advised all my new equipment had arrived and we scheduled it to have it installed the next day at 9 am. Their installation team of AJ and Carver arrived Friday morning just prior to 9 am and got right to work. These two young men were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The installation was seamless and I could not be more happy that I chose Mitch Craig. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

I’d gotten quotes from BJs and Jarboes to replace my AC and furnace; Mitch Craig was cheaper than both by $1500. Chris came out to evaluate and I felt he was honest in his evaluation. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase or sign a contract. Then AJ and Carver installed the unit. They were kind, quick, and I’ve got AC that works in June so that’s all that really matters! I also think their service contract is a great deal.

The installers (Clayton and Troy) were very professional and did a very clean and efficient job installing the new equipment and hauling away the old equipment without any issues. Just had our unit installed and they did amazing! They were super nice and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves great. We got 5 different quotes and they were the least expensive. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Recently had Mitch Craig H&C to the house to diagnose/repair loud AC. Not only did they diagnose it within minutes, they were able to repair it quickly. Customer service was top notch from first phone call through the repair. Worth every dollar and the price was more than fair to begin with. I had been recommended this company by at least 2 different families and Im so glad I took there advice. Now I highly recommend Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need this type of service.

I rent a duplex so i was not apart of the purchase process with Mitch and Craig Heat and Air but I did meet two of their employees, AJ and Carver, they came to my home at 9am and finished at 1pm. I had plenty of time to get ready for work by 2pm. They are two young experienced well trained men that are very polite and caring. They showed and explained everything about the heat/air unit and the thermostat. My dog Asher loved them both, he didn't want them to leave. Big shout out to Mitch Craig with Mitch Craig Heating & Cooling. HVAC went out in the last few days and I got three quotes. Mitch by far gave me the best price and value proposition than the others. I mean night and day difference. He had his guys out same day after quote was given at 1pm today and at 5pm they arrived and they just finished up at 9:46Pm same day service working well beyond normal business hours to make sure my family could sleep comfortably tonight.😲 Talk about amazing service!! 👏 I give them a 10 out of 10 and will tell all my friends/family and most of all my clients. Our air went out recently, and after receiving a quote from a different company, Mitch Craig heating and cooling came out and gave us a much lower quote. They also came and installed a new unit only hours later, working tirelessly to get it finished so that we could have air conditioning the same day. I have never received such exceptional service before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outstanding service for great price. They deserve 100 stars!

I've been receiving fantastic service from Mitch Craig since purchasing my condo in 2018. Today, I was lucky that Clayton came out and got my AC working (on a Saturday AND Derby Day) for a very reasonable charge. Shortly after buying my place, I had an issue with my heat. Although they had not installed the unit, they informed me that the repair was covered by warranty and they even filed the warranty paperwork for me. One thing I knew before Clayton arrived today was that for whatever reason the AC was out, I knew I'd be dealt with honestly and professionally. Thanks Clayton, Billy and the rest of the crew. So glad you are there when I need you. And I really appreciate the great value your annual service contact offers!

From start to finish I received excellent service from Mitch Craig. Jeremy spent time explaining things to me and answered all of my questions while he was diagnosing the issue. He was personable and friendly and I appreciated his thoroughness. Once it was determined that I needed to replace my entire HVAC system, Jeremy and his team helped explain the issue to our home warranty company to make sure that they got the information they needed. The replacement system was reasonably priced and I received a detailed breakdown of the system I was purchasing. The HVAC replacement was scheduled just 2 days after the initial visit. AJ and Carver were the two gentleman who came to do the install and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and friendly attitude. They were also very knowledgeable, offering explanations and willing to answer any of the questions I had. They showed up on time, were efficient and left my home as clean as it was before they got here. Highly recommend using Mitch Craig for your Heating & Cooling needs.

Everyone was a true professional. Mike came out and diagnosed Monday morning and by Thursday 9:00am AJ and Carver arrived to install a complete new heating and air unit; completed by 1:15. These young men were polite, professional. This company is 10/10.
