Jared with Mitch and Craig had great communication skills and the crew installed a new construction hvac system in my house and I was very satisfied!

My 20+ year old furnace decided to die in the middle of a 20 degree cold snap, (funny how that never happens when it's 50 degrees outside) I attempted to call the company I used to use for maintenance only to find out the company was no longer in business. My girlfriend suggested I call Mitch Craig. One phone call and we set up an appointment for a look the following morning. As I anticipated, the recommendation was replace the old unit. It could have been repaired but the old girl had rust in other places that made the decision for me. The gentleman that did the initial inspection was VERY professional and answered all my questions. He then set the appointment for the installation for the very next day. The installation team showed up the next morning ready to go. By 3pm I had a new system (Heating and AC). They did an amazing job. Very neat and professional. When the work was completed I received calls from the office to make sure I was fully satisfied. From the price, to the level of service, I could not be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heat/AC services... Top notch all the way!!

I was so excited you all could make time to come out on short notice. ESPECIALLY in a busy season for you all! No heat in 3 degree weather was no fun this am. Broody and Mike are awesome! They were prompt and knowledgeable. Ended up I just needed a good cleaning, so very trustworthy not to sell me stuff I don’t need! I went ahead and got a maintenance agreement so I don’t run into something silly like this again. Thank you both!

Mitch Craig heating and cooling did an amazing job installing our new system. Clayton and Adam were the technicians that worked on our install. They did a great job! All the work was clean and neat. They even figured out how to keep our clean effects air filter. The Ecobee thermostat has some amazing features also. I would recommend Mitch Craig to anyone. Thanks Guys

Our experience with Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling was nothing short of amazing. Jeremy showed up within just a few hours of our early morning call. Our furnace had gone out overnight due to frozen drainage pipes as a result of an original installation mistake. They owned their installation mistake and fixed all of the issues free of charge. Not only did they take care of us with the utmost professionalism, but also invested many hours to correct a problem without compensation. Everyone from the people answering the phone to Mike who came and had my furnace working in the first 5 minutes he was here. Excellent service, completely affordable and will be using them from now on. I recently had my HVAC system replaced. Mitch Craig did an excellent job and gave me excellent price to go with it. Everyone was professional and helpful. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

They were at my house about 3 hours after I called in the morning. I got the most basic thermostat, a non-programmable $50 thermostat and was charged $335. I have replaced a thermostat before and could have done it. It is a very simple process. 30 minutes if you don't know what you're doing and want to really read and reread the directions to make sure you're doing everything correctly, but for a professional, not even 10 minutes, 5 minutes. The reason I had called a company rather than doing it myself is because it had burnt up inside so I was scared to replace it in case there was a potentially serious electrical issue. The gentleman that came in looked at the inside of the thermostat with the front off and within a minute said he believes it is just the thermostat. He also did tell me the price up front And again I said yes because of the issue with the thermostat having burnt on the inside I wanted to make absolutely sure once it was installed that it would start working and it did. I do understand that I'm paying for someone to come out to look at it with their expertise and tell me what they think it is and to replace a thermostat but why did I have to pay $335 for that? It seems a bit excessive. This was not a repair. The gentleman didn't have to crawl under the house to look at my unit or anything. It was during the day not in the evening and not on the weekend.
