I've been receiving fantastic service from Mitch Craig since purchasing my condo in 2018. Today, I was lucky that Clayton came out and got my AC working (on a Saturday AND Derby Day) for a very reasonable charge. Shortly after buying my place, I had an issue with my heat. Although they had not installed the unit, they informed me that the repair was covered by warranty and they even filed the warranty paperwork for me. One thing I knew before Clayton arrived today was that for whatever reason the AC was out, I knew I'd be dealt with honestly and professionally. Thanks Clayton, Billy and the rest of the crew. So glad you are there when I need you. And I really appreciate the great value your annual service contact offers!

From start to finish I received excellent service from Mitch Craig. Jeremy spent time explaining things to me and answered all of my questions while he was diagnosing the issue. He was personable and friendly and I appreciated his thoroughness. Once it was determined that I needed to replace my entire HVAC system, Jeremy and his team helped explain the issue to our home warranty company to make sure that they got the information they needed. The replacement system was reasonably priced and I received a detailed breakdown of the system I was purchasing. The HVAC replacement was scheduled just 2 days after the initial visit. AJ and Carver were the two gentleman who came to do the install and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and friendly attitude. They were also very knowledgeable, offering explanations and willing to answer any of the questions I had. They showed up on time, were efficient and left my home as clean as it was before they got here. Highly recommend using Mitch Craig for your Heating & Cooling needs.

Everyone was a true professional. Mike came out and diagnosed Monday morning and by Thursday 9:00am AJ and Carver arrived to install a complete new heating and air unit; completed by 1:15. These young men were polite, professional. This company is 10/10.

Only company I will trust for HVAC/furnace servicing. Was initially quoted an outrageous amount by a different company in 2023 for an entirely new system, Mitch Craig came out quickly and *actually looked at the system, they were able to replace a part and get my current system working again. Their service agreement is a great investment. Staff are always friendly and very respectful of my time and home when they come to service. Christopher came to service my unit today and gave me helpful information about what filter would be best to preserve my current (very dated) system. Cant say enough good things about this company!

Our furnace and air conditioner bit the dust a few weeks ago. I called our friends at Mitch Craig Heating and Cooling and they had new units installed in no time. These guys are honest, hardworking and provide excellent quality and support! Be sure to call them for all your HVAC needs!

I had issues with my heat pump not producing hot or cool air. Upon calling for service, the company was very prompt with getting out to troubleshoot the issue. Clayton was the technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable while diagnosing the problem. After about an hour the issue was resolved. As a home owner that has never owned a heat pump, I really appreciated Clayton taking the time to walk me through the system and what to keep an eye on. Overall great experience.

Had complete GE brand heating and AC installed. Completed in 1 day. Team was very skilled and knowledgeable.

Clayton and Troy from Mitch Craig Heating & Cooling installed a new more efficient furnace and heat pump. Couldn't ask for better installers. Explained what was going to happen at each stage of the process, treated our home with respected, and performed the install in a workman-like fashion. Also, took extra time to make sure we got the handle of the smart thermostat features. Would recommend.

Mitch Craig did my Spring maintenance and again for the second Spring did a fantastic job. Mike was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Having a good maintenance service is helpful when determining who will put in a new system. Good job!!!

I have had my HVAC Service through Mitch Craig for about 5 years. When I bought my home in 2020 I knew the time would come for replacement. Clayton helped service my unit for 5 years until it died a peaceful death at 19 years old. Today, he installed a NEW unit! I am ready for Energy efficiency and lower bills! Thanks Mitch Craig HVAC! You guys are the best! Mitch, Bill, Jesse, Jeremy, Mike, Clayton and all of the crew!

Christopher was amazing! I called him at 930 Friday evening and he came out first thing Saturday morning. Very friendly and knowledgeable- took his time and due diligence. We highly recommended him and the company Mitch Craig.

Mitch Craig is fantastic. Second time to use them thanks to knowing Brian from Grantline Krogers!! Anyway my 96 yo mom's very very old furnace went out during the night with single digit temperatures. I recommended Mitch Craig at 9 a.m. They came at 10 and furnace is in and heating up at 4:00 p.m. That is a 10-star review!! Thank you and bless all the super great guys doing the work. Excellent service from Mitch Craig! My wife and I were alerted of high carbon monoxide levels in the house from our CO detectors. Within a couple of hours, Mike from Mitch Craig was at our house and found a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace. Two days later we had a brand new furnace and AC unit installed by them. Very thankful for their promptness and professionalism. Definitely consider these guys for your heating and air services!

They are very empathetic and caring, meaning they will do everything possible to get your system fixed asap! Great service! Furnace died on the coldest day of the year. They were at my home quickly and did great work. Price was reasonable too. Would highly recommend them!
